About Us

Môn Carpet Care is owned and run by Mel Viles, based in central Anglesey. Mel has over twenty years experience within the carpet and upholstery cleaning industry and established Môn Carpet Care in 2006.

Mel was posted to Anglesey with the RAF in 1987 and, upon leaving after 15 years of service, set up home here on the island. He prides himself on providing prompt, professional and friendly service to his customers, many of whom have become friends over the years.

In his spare time, Mel and his wife run a small-holding, producing sustainable homegrown organic vegetables, honey and duck eggs, whilst providing a home for a variety of local wildlife. Here’s a snapshot…
